Marzia Dalfini prepares a participative dinner for us

Making gnocchi is a family tradition, colliding with the carnival period. Gnocchi are made with love, patience and old potatoes. The cooking process involves different steps that we will take on collectively. Marzia & Davide guide us through this process.
