[EN] ‘Am I Evil?’ borrows the title from a semi-fictional lecture performance by artist Roger Fähndrich about the (sexual) life of African art dealer Jeanne Walschot. The project is curated by Simone Basani and Alice Ciresola, welcoming writers of all sorts, this time, in Brussels. They invited writer Els Moors to guide participants in this collective journey, where they embrace erotic writing as a tool to investigate their own desire, and how this relates to the Other and the Unknown.
In different weekends, they gathered to write and interact with each other’s texts, using peer-to-peer editing. Together with special guests Cristina Ubah Ali Farah, Gabriela Wiener, they delved into the Erotic.

‘Am I Evil?’ – Brussels Edition will be publicly presented in October 2024, with sharing moments by the authors. OPEN TO ALL

[NL] Am I Evil? is een project gecureerd door Simone Basani en Alice Ciresola. Deelnemers werden uitgenodigd voor workshops erotisch schrijven, begeleid door Els Moors en in conversatie met gastauteurs. De publieke presentaties in Brussel zijn voor iedereen toegankelijk. Het nieuwe magazine van deze Brussel Editie zal beschikbaar zijn aan nadine’s tafel tijdens WIELS Art Book Fair, en in onze bibliotheek / shop.

[FR] Am I Evil? est un projet initié par Simone Basani et Alice Ciresola, qui propose des ateliers d’écriture érotique, guidés par Els Moors.
