[EN] oracle Singing Blind Moves proposes a children’s workshop exploring the unique world of their own vocals where vocalising is more than just singing. Vocal sounds come from imagination, from sensations of the body, and besides others also from the Ancestors!
The workshop moves through the exhibition itself to embrace the momentary inspirations. Those will be translated into vocal sounds and captured in visual scores. Listening is as much a discovery. Vocalising together becomes a playful meeting in (dis)harmony. Children are natural oracles. They intuitively link sight, sound, feelings and imagination into a reading of the moment. The workshop ends with a presentation of their divinatory readings.

[NL] oracle Singing Blind Moves stelt een kinderworkshop voor waarin ze de unieke wereld van hun eigen zang verkennen, waar vocaliseren meer is dan alleen zingen. Vocale geluiden komen voort uit de verbeelding, uit sensaties van het lichaam, en naast andere ook van de voorouders!
De workshop beweegt zich door de tentoonstelling zelf om de kortstondige inspiraties te omarmen. Die worden vertaald in vocale klanken en vastgelegd in visuele partituren. Luisteren is evenzeer een ontdekking. Samen vocaliseren wordt een speelse ontmoeting in (dis)harmonie. Kinderen zijn natuurlijke orakels. Ze verbinden intuïtief zicht, geluid, gevoel en verbeelding tot een lezing van het moment. De workshop wordt afgesloten met een presentatie van hun waarzeggerij.

Ils relient intuitivement la vue, le son, les sentiments et l’imagination dans une lecture de l’instant. L’atelier se termine par une présentation de leurs lectures divinatoires.
