Common Sweat Sauna public space Urban Sauna

[EN]The Common Sweat Sauna is a real working sauna made only from recuperated materials. The first version of the sauna was built in the public space of Brussels and immediately opened up to the public. The project intends to create a free nomadic urban sauna space that diverts from the logic of commercial and individualized wellness and that de-colonizes the public space. In November Steven Jouwersma presents the second and third (more mobile) version of the sauna that will move through Brussels.

[NL] Common Sweat Sauna #1 #2 & #3, een project over de toegankelijkheid van welness, werd tentoongesteld in ZSenne art lab. Tijdens de expo werd er elke dag een wandeling gemaakt met de mobiele sauna, de zogenaamde urban sauna tours.
